Lemmings who order cheese pizzas, have you always just ordered cheese pizzas or is that something that happened with age?
As opposed to what? Plain bread with some tomato sauce and no cheese?
Well ya obviously, there’s only two pizzas in the world. Cheese or tomato bread. Everyone knows that.

Back home in my area all the pizzerias sold pizza bread, which was basically just the dough with herbs and salt.
