I put my stake to ongoing environment collapse like sane person here.

There are lot of problems in this world that make artificial intelligence dooming humanity seems like tuesday in comparison , and those problems got similar treatment from all of humanity, protest, hearing, discussions and a bit of outlier than spark things a bit and after that moved on to another problem without solution a.k.a status quo till everything collapse.

I mean why a.i dooming entire humanity begets different treatment?

How much? surely it won’t cost arm and legs to take care your children at home right? right?

The problem with self checkout is when things gone wrong, either the customer will cancel their transaction, ignore the problem and deny accountability , brute forcing which breaking the rules , or search for the staff for solution. It just make the failure more prominent thus defeating the very solution that self service cashier provide.

Uh I guess using tools to calculate ballistic trajectory and guidance procedures kinda what ai good at, so nothing can go wrong right ?
