No Warrant Needed: Border Agents in NY, CT, and VT Can Now Search Your Phone
www.gadgetreview.com/no-warrant-needed-border-agents-in-ny-ct-and-vt-can-now-search-your-phoneI’m in Florida, which is a “stand your ground” state.
You can try that “no warrant” shit here, and you’re gonna get your fucking head blown off
See you in the Supreme Court, motherfuckers

More like see you in the morgue. You could potentially take some fed with you but the state doesn’t like it when people challenge their monopoly on violence.
Ooo, big boy here with the tiny dick who doesn’t know the law.
Come up on my property, teeny weenie, and I’ll blow your head off too.

Heads up: they have more guns than you do, padre. And they will flatten you with a drone swarm before you can shoot anywhere near them. Your plan is 0 out of 10 for sound judgment.

I mean, he’s a idiot, but the fucking military isn’t drone striking citizens EVER.
If enough people got together with their 2nd amendment, it would carry a lot of weight.
Maybe call themselves a militia? Tossing it out there.

Tell that to Anwar al-Awlaki. US citizen, killed by drone strike.

Ok. The military isn’t drone striking citizens DOMESTICALLY ever.

Nah it’ll be some domestic policing agency. They’ve bombed Americans in the US before: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1985_MOVE_bombing

That I could see. There’s still a chain of command in the military where I believe there will be at least one person that can recognize unlawful orders and refuse.

But there’d be 10 others tripping over each other to relieve them.

Who said military? They’re deploying armed drones (nonlethal for now) in Florida schools, in case of mass shooters. ICE will want their own I’m sure.

Does enshittified US drone tech even work though? Are America’s drooling cops smart enough to even use them? I’m very sceptical because the US and similarly armed middle east allies seems to be helpless against guys with trucks and jetskis and Ukraine seems to be doing better since they’ve started sourcing drones from elsewhere.
I dunno, they talk a big game but I don’t don’t think they would be any more effective at home than they are abroad. Only problem is the Americans population in general is just as flacid and unmotivated as the dictatorship.

You’d probably blow an acl before you got a shot off
First of all: one tears an ACL, and second: I could shoot ya through a window while sitting in my living room. How in the hell am I gonna tear either of my ACLs while chilling on the couch?
Keep dreaming, buddy

Na, the medical term is “blow” an acl. Keep dreaming Dr Grey

My guy, I agree with you in spirit, but the law has been barely hanging on for a while now. The law won’t protect you from a bunch of SS neonazis with more funding than the fucking Marines when you shoot one. If you haven’t noticed, they’re a bunch of cowards who roll in packs and shoot people for just being too close to them.
You’ll bring one, maybe two with you if you’re quick or they’re lined up all nice, but that’s about it
