Sadly, catchy slogans don't hold up in court. Better to buy from distributors who don't try to make that claim, like GOG - even if they won't put Nine Sols on the store to avoid offending many gamers.
What do you mean by gog offending gamers by selling nine sols? Is it because it’s the same dev as devotion? Or some other reason?
