Mine is a single user instance and it's blocked from fosstodon, infosec, and silenced on a lot of big instances. My view on this instance is substantially different than other instances, and new instance just import large block lists that include me without really looking into them.

Same here. I got on some block lists for dumb reasons…like not blocking sites they don’t like and the specific software I use and I’m blocked by over 450 instances.
