Sure, if you look at poa.st and mastodon.art, they are two separate universes. But most instances are neither mass-blockers nor mass-blocked.

@light @silverpill Correct, and all PDSes belonging to bluesky are combined. I would be interested in adding data about relays, but do not know of a good data source on them, just a few mentions of individual ones here and there.

I guess you can compute complex-sounding metrics like "shannon index". But all you really need to know about a "decentralized" network is that they have one server with >99% of users, and it's clear that its decentralization claim is BS.
