Mostly Saudi citizens were the perpetrators of 9/11 and there was a lot of suspicion that the government was involved, either through planning or funding.
I thought the Saudi government was against what happened on 9/11 and that they kicked Osama Bin Laden out of the country because of his terrorist activity before 9/11 had happened, as they are allies of the USA and US military bases etc
