Imagine, you made a good service. Or got in control of a service, and made it good. Doesn't really matter what service it actually is, imagine whatever you think first
People are impressed. They like your service. You get a stable paying audience, and your business feels confident in tomorrow
Then your reputation spreads. People from everywhere hear of you, and want to use your service, instead of one they currently use, because their service sucks
Then this gets to a point, where you simply can't fit all these people in
Some old-timers start spreading toxicity, because they don't feel elite anymore
What'd you do? Do you limit entering? Add face-control? Kick newcomers, because they aren't your true customers? Support that elitist group and see what they'd do?
Nah, that would be really stupid way of doing business. Instead, you scale up. Get more resources, and put them into providing good service to more people. Moderate toxics
But why on earth, when it's about governments...
