@LilahTovMoon Long ago I worked for a British company which was pretty well distributed around the world, but higher concentration in the UK and US. I remember the conference system would ask me to "please dial the extension, followed by the pound or hash key". Every single time I would reply to myself "oh boy, I get to choose which one!" It never got old.
