The Raspberry Pi community in a nutshell is wannabe homelabbers that know nothing about computers, but think they are extremely knowledgeable. I hate it.
A great example of that are the various undervolting and underclocking threads on the forums. A bunch of users saying "you don't need to do that, the Pi will underclock itself when it gets too hot", "75°C is fine, it doesn't hurt the board in any way" and "get the official case and that is good enough."

Czech national TV broadcasting an interview with an archbishop asking him about politics and Trump :D Peak boomer content.
I'll never understand why anyone would put so much stickers on their laptop that they overlap each other. Even a laptop full of stickers is already way too much. It looks like a shitty graffiti in a city ghetto.

PieFedAnti-fascist PieFed features - PieFedSome time ago some fascists took a copy of Mastodon and made Truth Social with it. Arguably the damage caused by Truth Social to the world is greater than the good Mastodon brought to a few of us. This is my greatest fear, for PieFed. I can’t stop fascists from using software I made but […]>We should limit anonymity on the Internet, so that violations are linked to persons.
Holy boomer, and I live near these people.
So many problems with Europe and the mentality of Europeans, summarized in one single post.

@silverpill Re Versia Unfollow: I think one of the big mistakes of AS2/AP/AV was using generic Activity names for almost everything. The only types that don't have issues is those that embed Objects in them and Add/Remove which explicitly operates on Collections only.
But things like Follow... Follow what? A user, a context URL for following threads? Interpret it however you want, have fun. The distinction between Objects and Activities isn't even necessary when you stop doing this generic approach. Not like Activities aren't "special" Objects anyway.
handle_incoming() ->
handle_incoming_activity_type_asdf() ->
handle_incoming_activity_type_asdf_object() ->
handle_incoming_activity_type_asdf_object_type_xyz_for_real_this_time()
<Yeah, but LLM code quality sucks though. And you shouldn't use them for fixes anyway, as that introduces more issues.
How is it possible that infosec people are like that. Present them with the most agreeable and factual stance, and they will turn the argument into a "yeah, but actually no!"
