i for sure feel like a huge idiot now for ever recommending grapheneos to others, and i really don't know what i'm supposed to do now about my privacy except throw my phone into a river and walk into a forest. i don't know how many more bad news i can take, i just really wish you hadnt joined the llm bozo parade

@GrapheneOS please, i'm begging you to consider that people might be sad and angry and disappointed because they've put a lot of trust in you that they feel is being betrayed. it is actually a betrayal because how are people supposed to trust their operating system, or any computers, now that it's all top to bottom compromised by torment nexus chatbots that make you feel good

@GrapheneOS as you might have realized these past few days a lot of people hoped those standards included taking a stance and rejecting / banning (yes we know people can just copypaste chatbot output and pretend) the use of that grotesquely unethical technology, no matter how i-swear-im-doing-heroin-responsibly good

it IS bad actually, did you ever stop to consider that maybe all those critics have a point, a lot of very good ones too, before conflating them with a targeted harassment campaign?
