So there are likely a good number of blogs already federating with this space

Which does pose an interesting federation question. If the US blocks all of NoBlogs on a federal level like they say they will, and European fediverse servers are still federating just fine, what will that mean in practice? Will other fediverse hosts who have copies of all their posts then be subjected to take down notices?

@liaizon Do you mean, for past posts? It will be hard to keep federating when their domain gets suspended.
