@luana how is the asterism corporate? it has been a grass roots effort to get this symbol to where it is recognized as it is today. it came from issues with the :fediverse: symbol not working without the rainbow color and there not being any good solution to solving this. there are many cases (like this one) where a multicolored symbol simply does not work

@phnt @liaizon the star logo is much better. the guy that made it is a cool guy, ive only spoken to him once but he was all around a decent person and his logo makes geometric sense. I traced it for something and observed all the ratios and proportions and angles he picked for it. it's really nice. yeah the colors are a bit too vibrant but its better than a fucking retard who doesnt have a gram of creativity and decided to type * in Arial and copy paste it 3 times and call it the logo of the fediverse, as if one widely-accepted and beloved one doesn't exist already. actual nobodies.
