I need a scanner so badly .. I literally wait for the sun to come out to take photos of my physical work on my phone and this is a TERRIBLE strategy in the PNW lmaoo

This just makes me think you need an otter lamp or some other sunlight lamp.
I have a sunlight lamp and I love it!
If you get one, I'd suggest considering Epson. I've used their flatbed scanners personally, and we have their document scanners where I work. They've been very reliable and produce nice sharp images.
