Europa is having the discussion. You see one camp that wants to shut down exporting of waste and demand full recycling and local production. And the other group that’s basically complaining it’s more expensive again ignoring long term consequences.

With explicit technology sharing contracts. The name was a hint.

It’s ridiculous to do that so late in the game, but companies really wanted to outsource production to cheap areas in the 80s and ignore the long term consequences.

If it automatically blurs out the face and body of everybody unless they explicitly gave permission to be recorded by that user through an app or site, and on a base level before the feed goes to any app, then you can have some semblance of privacy.

Untill you want to protect consumers from something capitalists are doing. Then it’s all about not limiting innovation. In reality , innovation translates into additional fees, subscriptions, dynamic pricing and that kind of stuff.

They have the Boring company too. They can dig much deeper.

They had to choose between short term profits and being relevant by 2030. Shareholders picked the first option.

They went to some fancy private school and haven’t had contact with someone earning less than 6 digits until their thirties.
