Fairphone 6 might be the worst phone I’ve ever owned. I bought one hoping it’d last me 6 years and it barely last 6 months. The software is so buggy it’s embarrassing.

That’s with Fairphone’s own OS. I stuck it out until the Android 16 update but that introduced a load more bugs so I swapped it for a Pixel 10a.

I also tried iodéOS which was a slight improvement but still pretty buggy.

Yes, that is a very common fun fact about these particular phones. It is also the case that it is one of the only mass production phones that has support for “deGoogled” Android OS’s, and therefore is unfortunately a contender for those of us who look for that. Pixels are unfortunately also the best option still.
