I use Karakeep, which is a bookmark manager with an RSS feed option, but you need to add some auto tags or your feed will just become a mess - it saves ALL the links from RSS feeds you add.
KarakeepKarakeep - The Bookmark Everything App | Save, Organize & Tag with AIKarakeep is the open-source bookmark manager for links, notes, and images. Automatically organize and tag your bookmarks with AI. Self-hostable, with apps for iOS, Android, Chrome, and Firefox.
