Lol Reddit
I actually forgot about Reddit in the same way I forgot about Friendster… Which I want to point out is also still around and being used by real people, somehow.

I wish Lemmy was more popular. I still use Reddit for niche things; for example, I’m getting a new Pebble watch and I want to see posts about that. Here, the whole community has a small handful of posts. On Reddit there are new posts every day. Sigh!

Lemmy won’t ever become bigger than what it currently is. I’ve been waiting for years but the reality is that Lemmy will forever be a niche platform for left wing politics that’s banned on Reddit and tech bros.

There’s right wing politics too. Don’t be weird bro.

I’m sure there are others. That’s just the one I thought of off the top of my head.

But your claim isn’t that self proclaimed conservative communities technically exist, but that right wing politics are prominent to some degree on Lemmy as a platform… which they are very much not.
