Maybe both would be appropriate- but at the end of the day, PDs bought this and are themselves carrying out these unconstitutional behaviors without the consent of citizens. Also I’ve heard there are other Flock-adjacent companies selling the same service

They’re targeting individual cops who abuse this. I wonder if the suit against flock will try to argue that the officers have too much access.
