1960s I bought the entire Junior World Encyclopaedia with pocket and birthday money.
My Dad still had his Arthur Mee Children's Encyclopaedia from the 1920s, and I also read a lot of that.
My family regard me as a friendly encyclopaedia, full of mostly useless knowledge.
