Almost 30 years here! I went from people around me at work knowing there were alternatives to people being shocked…SHOCKED…I could “do computers” without Windows or MacOS. What a whirlwind it’s been…sigh.
Used to be able to buy PCs running Xenix, with Lotus and vi. Who really needed anything more?
