Hi there! Food inspection
They also really like acorns it seems.

Yes it's warm. Fox is melting. Was it worth it?

Here is another flat fluff. I think they disliked the weather to put it mildly. But then… maybe move out of the sun

No comment on this one
(The conditions were questionable because they kept hiding)

No "calendar worthy" photos this time. Felt like the foxes were overheated. I am still missing the second one, most likely in the tiny hut. On very rare occasions I can see both of them. One is extremely shy, the other the adventurous type coming to inspect what you are doing. And your snacks. At least when they are not overly sleepy.

These are my favorite ones from today I think. Fox ears are cute!
Despite August they still look very fluffy though you could see that the winter fur is falling out mostly. Maybe needs someone with a very large brush!
Next time I bring a chair but it was already getting very warm.

Ok silly bonus maybe. Damn fox paparazzi was at it again.
And if you are curious, an example photo of how the originals looked. It had to be shot through random vegetation and in a like 15° angle against the fence to get them into view. Which is not exactly the best condition to put it mildly.
I think late autumn is the best because they actually sleep in the sun then and less loud visitors
