Seeing another round of “it turns out that WFH has serious downsides because employees get all their social interaction at work and are getting unhealthy without that” stories and my first thought is “maybe we should fix that bit where people are forced to rely on their jobs for social interaction” rather than “let’s go back to the office”

I mean, the problem is ultimately that we’ve killed all the healthy non-work social systems and maybe we should fix that rather than go back into the office.

@IceWolf @wordshaper I can be much more honest with non-work friends because there's just us. If I'm having a rant about how worthless the job or company is, there's no risk of boss or HR popping up
