"Delayed replies to a single internal endpoint triggered a latent retry bug in VS Code that amplified traffic by approximately 10x and caused delayed recovery for the Copilot Token Service."

having programs that could use the internet, but you decided when to connect

@robinsyl checking telegram & yeah you've got to go right into settings to logout. doesn't even have an "away" status. that kind of thing was front & centre in MSN
