hey so i think i may have successfully ended this flood of "automated protocol delivery probe" spam signups!!! see upthread for more info. and this is one of the many things i have done to help keep the fediverse safe and comfy in my nine years on here

can i please get a little help with my crowdfunding? i'm poor and unemployed and disabled and unable to walk while healing from a broken ankle and just kinda totally miserable so. anything helps ease the burden :3

@vantablack apparently the domain provider doesn't give a fuck; hetzner apparently did tho, where it was hosted. the server seems to be shut down now.

@vantablack poking into this, the domain itself is still fine and active, but the IP behind it (which, has activity on abuseipdb) has become unreachable by their hosting provider, hetzner. They could at any moment switch to another provider and the domain will come back, though with measurable samples gone its probably not going to be easy to get spaceship to act and serverHold the domain.
