Edit: also, ya, how would it not?? They rely on perverting the already perverted money-dependant legal system
I’m not a lawyer, but my guess is that this is more about publicly admonishing the DOJ lawyers to encourage them not to file them in the first place. There’s a difference between telling someone “No” and telling someone “Are you fucking kidding me with this stupid shit?”
