(I used a text generator to make this, sue me.) A black-and-white manga page about Kikuri’s birthday and her uncertain age. The large top panel shows a smiling young woman with braided hair, closed eyes, and an open mouth, raising a can of sake. A speech bubble says she is celebrating another year, while a boxed caption identifies September 28 as Kikuri’s birthday. The page has dotted halftone shading and decorative circular patterns in the background. The middle-left panel shows two characters discussing conflicting age information: one source says Kikuri is 25, while the sleeve of volume 5 says she has turned 26. Another speech bubble explains that the manga’s timeline differs from the real world and from the “Heavy Drinking Diary” series.
