How is it that all the famous detectives in fiction seem to be autistic?
Can it be, at least in part, because their creators were autistic?
Everyone who explores them and their authors seems to be working very hard to dodge the question.

@sasutina13 I haven't heard Sherlock Holmes called out in this way & I'm mostly familiar with Brett's portrayal of him
but you're absolutely right. Holmes, Poirot. Not sure where Columbo & Marple feature on this.
