I've toyed with the idea in the past, but it would complicate things a lot. There is bridgy fed, and we have also adjusted RSS feeds from Bluesky so that they look more like regular posts, when you add them to your Home/Following timeline, for the accounts you want to follow that don't use bridgy fed.

Might revisit in the future, but tbh there is so much we want to do regarding the Fediverse, that fully supporting an open-but-corporate network is not a priority.
