@Elizafox my 1 cent in this discussion is that, as soon as we get someone brave and dumb enough to vibe code something that'd get Nintendo lawyers on their ass, that's probably when we'll get proof that copyright is either effectively dead or push lawmakers to make a decision on how to even handle this problem
