If I see the same post spamming more than two other threads, user gets blocked. Anyone get annoyed seeing 4+ cross posts or more on their feed?

Pick a lane, or give it some time.

Same with one user making 10 posts at a time to same community.

I block that lem.

I block them even quicker if their account is a week old or less
