You have probably heard about the US regime's crackdown on the Italian IT collective Autistici/Inventati (@cavallette). I first met A/I people in Florence when I attended the first European Social Forum in 2002. They provided a room full of computers with Internet access so that the grassroots press could report on the event. Great, friendly people.

Now the supposedly independent ICANN has destroyed the domain autistici.org and might do the same with https://inventati.org soon. A/I will lose their bank accounts etc. The same could happen to all of us who are not fascists. This is the time for solidarity.

is `.org` differerent from `.it`or `.eu` in regards of delisting or are all tlds subject to such ICANN orders?

@mro @chpietsch .org is owned and operated by a US non profit company called PIR https://pir.org/for-orgs/faq/ while most of the two letter domains are owned by companies inside their respective countries.

@liaizon and what about . net domains?
