@kaia @minazukimidnight @newt by now they are good at everything. rust has the advantage of being fast and memory safe, so even if it's annoying to write, when it's an LLM doing it it doesn't really matter.

@kaia @minazukimidnight @lain @newt Elixir was at the top of the charts months ago, yes. They are good at it, but same with Rust and Golang. I don't think it's really about functional/imperative or the structure, but the quality of diagnostics and guarantees the language provides. What all three have in common is good diagnostics and a smart compiler that either refuses to compile slightly incorrect code or throws warnings with reasons during compilation.
