wonder when google will deprecate google search and just have gemini

@genmaicha i think they're correct in the idea that search will be agentic only in the very near future, but i don't understand why their agent is so bad

@lain @genmaicha it needs to be able to cite its sources. The idea of taking documentation, putting it through a randomizer and then depending ONLY on that is a severe problem.

And this is coming from me as someone pro-LLM

@RustyCrab @lain @genmaicha I usually add to the prompt "provide sources", but then I go to the source just to find out it's not what clanker spewed. Even worse if what he spewed is actually making sense, but the source doesn't match the information, and now you have to triple check that, to find out who is the one hallucinating, and where the actual information might come from..
