I’m currently looking for a good VPN solution to use on both my iPhone and Windows PC. The main contenders I’m considering at the moment are ExpressVPN, AdGuard VPN, PrivateVPN, and Windscribe.

I’d especially love to hear from blind users about your experiences with any of these services. How accessible are their iOS and Windows apps with Screen-Readers? I’m also interested in general usability, reliability, performance, and any particularly useful or unique features.

If you use another VPN that you think is worth considering, suggestions are very welcome too.

@menelion @kaveinthran I use Mullvad through Tailscale. The Tailscale app is very accessible on all operating systems I use (Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android have GUIs, Linux is CLI only). And you are able to get the benefits of Tailscale where all your devices are on the same private network, and use Mullvad for external internet traffic at the same time. iCloud Private Relay is also very good, and perhaps the most secure of all since it uses an architecture where no party ever even knows both your IP address and the one you are connecting to, but it is only in iOS and MacOS Safari, and no other apps or operating systems.
