threw a GPU and a keyboard into it, and it looks like GRUB just instantly gives up and reboots the computer? huh?

I didn't know that if you make a LiveUSB with Proxmox, boot from it, select the "Rescue boot", you will boot into the *installed* proxmox. Neat!
But probably using a USB stick to boot my server shouldn't be a final solution, haha

I mean, a lot of server hardware has USB ports on the motherboard specifically because of how common booting servers straight from a flash drive is :3
