Head Bee Keeper here at https://iBe.Social, a #Sharkey server

I am here to keep us all safe, and have fun.

I'm also admin over on the #Pixelfed instance https://pixelfed.scot, a #GoToSocial server https://gofer.social, and on a Mastodon instance. Busy bee.

I am a huge lover of Bumblebees -- real ones. They help the planet function

When I migrated my server away from Firefish, I chose Sharkey as I thought it would be a progressive and exciting alternative on the Fediverse.

Initially there were some new features but that has stalled, and we only seem to get occasional emergency security updates (most recent 4 months ago).

Such as shame.

Also:

You can add one to the 495 counted on FediDB. For Whatever reason my server is not on it, and never has been. Even if I add manually or contact the dev (Who completely ignores me). I have no idea why. It's not like I am new. This server is 3.5 years old!
