A couple updates:

I decided to become a supporter of Neocities, and so now the site is available at https://stopomarchy.org and has 3TB/mth of bandwidth.

I also put the (simple) code into a public repository on Codeberg for people that want to help contribute: https://codeberg.org/brennanbrown/stopomarchy
