When I look back there’s only a handful of Windows operating systems I preferred, and some of them took quite a bit of time and a service pack or two to make that happen.

I took it to mean that DEFCON is a different place in modern times, which is consistent with what I hear.

This is the part I don’t get. No learned model I’m aware of scales well forever. Eventually, funneling more data just isn’t going to do the trick.
