I gave Qwen 3.8 27B a reverse-engineering job I assumed needed a frontier model, and it finished in 30 minutes

It finished, but did it create usable work? Only Fable seems to be able to problem solve without hallucination (mostly) right now. Not trying to push cloud AI, but genuinely curious if local will get the job done CORRECTLY?
