(It's not halftone, but I was like "wait how do I replicate this", and then stumbled into halftone printing while trying to do so)

Also, in case anyone's wondering how to do this in Krita:

  1. Image > Convert image color space, select "CMYK"
  2. Image > Separate image
  3. Group all the split layers, and then move some of them a little bit to make the cool offset printing effect
  4. Add a filter layer to the group, select "halftone" (under "artistic"), set mode to "independent channels", and then proceed to fuss with the options for like an hour
