AI Is Dead. Organoids Are Alive. Mini human brains are being grown in labs all over the world. Soon, they could out think neural networks.

The problem is not inherit to AI. The problem is with the people who own the tech and it will much worse if they also own a more efficient version of it. Not that it seems like an immediate threat and I am not even starting to consider the ethical problems with this.
