Set up cameras around his house, not pointing directly at his house. Then make some software to guess when he is home or not and what vehicle he left in. Then sell that data to anyone for a cent. Include wi-fi and bluetooth tracking too.

That’s true. He is on record stating that safety is more important than privacy. I’m sure he won’t mind.
