• Fireballs in L AI M’s Revenge now spawn throughout the level instead of off the edge, and appear in greater numbers.
• Scores can no longer be saved or posted when using level select or cheats.
• Fixed save data on Mac and Linux being written to the wrong location. Existing saves are automatically migrated on first launch.
• Added a Personal Bests option to the Leaderboards menu to view all your local high scores in one place.
• Super L AI M music tracks and cut scenes no longer disappear from Extras after starting a new L AI M campaign.
• Fixed the jetstream in Super L AI M Level 6 killing the player on hazards while jumping. The player now safely flies over hazards when airborne.
• Fixed the LaserBot’s taunt sound not following the boss as it moves.
• Fixed the Super L AI M game timer not pausing when the game is paused, causing inflated completion times.
• Elk now spawn sooner in Super L AI M forest levels, fixing an issue where they would not appear in shorter L AI M’s Revenge waves.
• Fixed cut scene subtitles getting interrupted by subsequent lines.
• Fixed extras mode scores sometimes saving to the wrong save slot.
• L AI M’s Revenge enemy counts now scale uncapped with wave number for tougher late-game difficulty.
• X1’s Revenge safe rooms no longer appear after wave 40.
• Fixed a quicksand exploit where pressing jump with precise timing on landing would let the player jump again.
• Fixed a WildBot exploit where shooting him near the arena edge would skip one of his swings, making the fight end faster.
• Added Endless Escape, a new infinite mode unlocked after reaching wave 10 in L AI M’s Revenge. Run as far as you can through a never-ending lab. Score equals tiles traveled.
• Corrected the spelling of Philip Bennefall’s name in the credits.
Known Issues
• Footstep sounds in the lab levels may sound muted or slightly cut off at the start. This is caused by a sound timing issue in the underlying game engine and is being worked on with the engine developers. It does not affect gameplay.
