Bluescreen of life

The old windows bluescreen, except instead of a frown it shows a smile, with the text "Your PC is running perfectly fine with no problems whatsoever. There are no updates pending, and it does not need to restart. Enjoy your day!". Below in smaller text it says " if you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this message: ALL_IS_WELL"
