They aren’t? I mean they are, but not for social media verification.
Like the government knows all my financial details for tax purposes. It knows my healthiness because we have public health care in Australia. It knows my criminal history as well as what I look like through police records. But it definitely doesn’t have my ID for social media verification purposes
