@LovesTha you can try to create a package via nix-init https://github.com/nix-community/nix-init
This should do the most things for you and then run this package locally (forgot the exact CLI commands for this). What I have read very often here on mastodon is that Nix and python is the tinkering heavy pairing what you can get.

Could a VM/docker maybe do the trick? Since this sounds like it will be a one shot and hopefully never looked at it again.
