Well, they do not have any kind of majority at the moment. So no, they cannot do much without any republican spine.

After the midterms, let’s hope, they will have the majority everywhere except the White House. Which, after that, won’t take long.

Thats the point: make them less “fucky”… Less noisy, polluting, dangerous, etc.
