Forcing companies to pay people for collecting, using and selling their data should have a form like this;
"Dear [company_name_here],
You are now legally bound and required to financially compensate the persons named within this document for selling and using their data, to the agreed amount rate of: $8,000 USD / CPC (Cost per Click). A termination of this agreement can be met upon stopping the collection, using or selling of user data.
