I'll be taking on a leadership role in a local Toastmasters club. Never done anything of that sorts, and I'm low-key terrified. Still we're in a place where the club is virtually on the brink of extinction since we lost quite a few members and some stepped away from their executive roles.

We had an area director visiting a few weeks back and there was just him, myself and one other person. I remember he asked if we even have members attending. Well, that kinda sucked.

I think my management style will end up me being a silly puppy who's excited to be helpful. Not necessarily doing the right thing, lol.
